Those cybernetic head implants are looking pretty freaky, you can really see the scar tissue around them
not sure how well your face works with it though, feel like you could do a lot more with it

Liked this avatar from a distance but on further inspection, that combination of makeup, angle, and lighting makes your left cheek look awfully flat and quite bizarre.
I do like the overall facial structure as it has sort of a 'distinguished older woman' look that I don't see very often in portraits.
Maybe play with the angle and lighting a bit?
